permissible for Powers which have-not signed by that dato to
adhere to it.
ARTICLE 15.
The High Contracting Partios agrea, as regards thoso contracting Powers who may not have signed the Opium Convention, signod at the Hague in 1912, or who, having signed that Con vention have not yet ratified it, that the ratification of the present Convention shall be equivalent in all rospects to the eignatura or ratification of tho Convention of 1912 and to the signature of the spacial Protocol which was opened at tho Haguo in conformity with the resolutions of the Third Opium Conferonco hold in 1914 with a view to bringing that Convention
into forco.
The Scorotary-General of the League of Nations shall sond to the Government of tho Netherlands a cortified truo copy of the Minutos of the deposit of the ratifications of the present Convention, the Netherlands Government horeby agreeing to receive such Minutos as equivalent to the deposit of ratificatione for the Convention of January 23rd, 1921, and to the signaturo of the additional Protocol of 1914.
ARTICLE 16.
The prosent Convention shall be ratified.
The ratifications shall be deposited with the Secretary-General of the League of Nations, who shall notify
all the High Contracting Partios accordingly.
